In this multiplayer retro RTS, go head to head against your opponents with your choice of two different factions with wildly different playstyles.

Arafel: Superstition and myth know this primeval enemy as "The Dark", a cataclysmic force of ruin whose endless pursuit to consume the world is foretold to one day swallow all of creation. As Arafel, you corrupt the land with your presence, leaving the world as a blighted inhospitable wasteland. Manifest nightmares into towering growths, creeping tendrils, or crawling fiends. Reshape the fallen flesh of the world into twisted echoes and impress your malevolent will upon the battlefield by summoning catastrophes to crush your prey.

Arx Imperium: The lingering vestiges of a continent-spanning dominion, play as the last gasps of human resistance against the uncaring entropic decay of the world. Be the indomitable spark of survival and reclaim Atrum from the indiscriminate mouth of Armageddon. Harvest raw magic from the world and use it as a weapon against the darkness. Defy gravity, construct arcane technologies that fold space, cast devastating spells, and use your collective zeal to entreat guardianship from divine agents of human protection. Defend Atrum.
